𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝟭𝟮𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗺 The Department of Education (DepEd) Panabo City convened its 12th Division Executive Committee (DExeCom) Meeting today at the Division Training Center, focusing on critical updates and strategic planning for the upcoming school year. Presided over by Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) Jinky B. Firman, alongside Assistant SDS Basilio P. Mana-ay Jr., the meeting gathered division chiefs, section heads, supervisors and key personnel to deliberate on priority programs and operational concerns. Central to the discussions was the initial report on 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, presented by focal persons across various areas of concern, outlining preparedness measures for the next academic cycle. The committee also evaluated requests from 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 (𝐒𝐇𝐒) 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬, ensuring alignment with capacity and policy standards. The Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) results for the 1st Quarter of Fiscal Year 2026–2027 affirm that 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐄𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, as evidenced by its 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝟒.𝟖𝟗 and 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝟗𝟕.𝟖𝟒%, both interpreted as 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 (𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠).

The division’s ability to maintain Outstanding ratings across all SQDs underscores its strong institutional capacity and unwavering commitment to public service excellence.
