The beneficiaries, identified from Sindaton Elementary School, Panabo Central Elementary School SPED Center, and Panabo City Senior High School Alternative Learning System (ALS), were formally awarded the assistive devices through a coordinated effort between DepEd Panabo City and OVP. The initiative was facilitated by Education Program Supervisor (EPS) Jaime C. Carlom, alongside ALS specialists Joy S. Magno and Rosebeth C. Candelasa, who worked closely with the OVP to ensure that the support reached learners who need it most. Teachers and school heads expressed their appreciation for the timely support, noting that mobility challenges often restrict learnersโ€™ full participation in classroom activities. The provision of wheelchairs significantly alleviates these barriers, empowering learners to engage more confidently and consistently in their academic pursuits. For the recipients

Coordinated by Carolyn M. Arado, Division ARAL Focal Person and Education Program Supervisor, the initiative brought together Education Program Supervisors and Public Schools District Supervisors from the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) to evaluate the programโ€™s implementation on the ground. The monitoring activity focused on determining the extent of schoolsโ€™ compliance with ARAL standards, particularly in delivering targeted reading interventions for struggling learners. It also provided an opportunity for on-site technical assistance, enabling school personnel to refine strategies and address gaps in program execution. By reinforcing accountability and providing continuous technical support, the monitoring is expected to
