The Schools Division of Panabo City, led by Superintendent Jinky B. Firman, attended the ๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ (๐๐๐๐) ๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐จ๐ฌ, dubbed โ๐๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ข๐ณ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ณ๐ช๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฉ,โ reaffirming the strong partnership between the local government and the education sector in advancing programs that support learners and strengthen the quality of education in the community.
During the address, Mayor Relampagos presented the cityโs key accomplishments and priority initiatives, highlighting progress in public services, infrastructure, and education.
Superintendent Firman was joined by Assistant Superintendent Basilio P. Mana-ay Jr., CID Chief Janwario E. Yamota, and SGOD Chief Ailene B. Aรฑonuevo, together with division section heads, education program supervisors, public schools district supervisors, school heads, and non-teaching personnel.

Led by SGOD Chief Education Supervisor Ailene B. Aรฑonuevo, the conference gathered school leaders at the Southern Davao National High School Conference Room for workshops on the enhanced School Improvement Plan (eSIP), Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), Annual Procurement Plan (APP), and Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP). The sessions focused on ensuring that school plans and procurement processes are aligned with Republic Act No. 12009, or the New Government Procurement Act, which promotes transparency, accountability, and efficiency in government procurement. One of the key initiatives is โ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ฒ,โ where teaching and non-teaching personnel wear purple every Wednesday of March as a visible show of support for womenโs empowerment and gender equality. The color purple symbolizes justice, dignity, and the collective commitment to advancing womenโs rights. They were part of the 2,649 promoted personnel across Davao Region, with the oath administered by DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara during his visit to Region XI. Secretary Angara emphasized that the promotion of teachers and principals is a recognition of their vital role in nation-building.
