𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 Three learners with disabilities in Panabo City received much-needed mobility support through the provision of wheelchairs from the Office of the Vice President (OVP), marking a meaningful step toward inclusive and accessible education. The beneficiaries, identified from Sindaton Elementary School, Panabo Central Elementary School SPED Center, and Panabo City Senior High School Alternative Learning System (ALS), were formally awarded the assistive devices through a coordinated effort between DepEd Panabo City and OVP. The initiative was facilitated by Education Program Supervisor (EPS) Jaime C. Carlom, alongside ALS specialists Joy S. Magno and Rosebeth C. Candelasa, who worked closely with the OVP to ensure that the support reached learners who need it most. The Mindanao-wide initiative brought together participants from the Davao, Caraga, Northern Mindanao and SOCCSKSARGEN regions, focusing on enhancing competencies in procurement planning, bid evaluation, and contract management in line with national standards. Conducted at Panabo City National High School (PCNHS), the assessment was facilitated by Division Testing Coordinator and Education Program Supervisor Djhoane C. Aguilar. She was assisted by Maria Fe T. Balatero, Head Teacher of the host school, who served as Chief Examiner; Lera Vanissa Pol of Rizal Elementary School as Room Examiner; and Rachel Mae Lim of PCNHS as Support Staff, ensuring the smooth and orderly administration of the test.
