The beneficiaries, identified from Sindaton Elementary School, Panabo Central Elementary School SPED Center, and Panabo City Senior High School Alternative Learning System (ALS), were formally awarded the assistive devices through a coordinated effort between DepEd Panabo City and OVP. The initiative was facilitated by Education Program Supervisor (EPS) Jaime C. Carlom, alongside ALS specialists Joy S. Magno and Rosebeth C. Candelasa, who worked closely with the OVP to ensure that the support reached learners who need it most. Teachers and school heads expressed their appreciation for the timely support, noting that mobility challenges often restrict learnersโ full participation in classroom activities.
