Across various schools, supervisors have been visiting classrooms, observing sessions, and engaging with teachers to ensure that the program’s objectives—bridging learning gaps and reinforcing foundational skills—are effectively met. Their presence has provided not only oversight but also hands-on support, offering strategies to improve lesson delivery, classroom management, and learner engagement. Teachers shared that the technical assistance has been instrumental in boosting their confidence and creativity in handling diverse learning situations. Learners, in turn, benefit from more engaging activities and structured guidance, making the summer program a meaningful extension of their academic journey. 𝗣𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗔 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 The Philippine Elementary School Principals Association (PESPA) Panabo City chapter recently conducted “𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬,” gathering school heads and public school district supervisors in preparation for School Year 2026–2027 and strengthening leadership capacities to ensure effective implementation of current education reforms in schools and communities. Designed to motivate young learners, the program turns everyday classroom efforts into shining achievements. Pupils earn stars for consistent attendance, completing tasks, active participation, and showing positive values. These stars can then be exchanged for treats—whether snacks, school supplies, or other small rewards that make learning feel both fun and rewarding.
