ALS teachers and implementers from Panabo City and Davao City participated in the activity, which aimed to align program implementation and deepen understanding of the enhanced micro-certification framework in recognizing life skills acquired by out-of-school youth and adult learners, improving their employability, personal development, and community engagement. Leading the orientation were BAE officials Irene B. Barzaga, Supervising Education Specialist, and Jomar P. Allam, Senior Education Specialist, who discussed standards, delivery strategies, and assessment processes. Among those present were Region XI ALS Supervisor Maricel S. Langahid, CID Chief Janwario E. Yamota, Division ALS Focal Jaime C. Carlom, and ALS Specialists Rosebeth C. Candelasa and Joy S. Magno. Also in attendance were Davao City Division ALS Focal
